I’d like to send my dog here but I guess they don’t want my business because communication is difficult and they keep asking for additional vet records above and beyond what is normal and then ghost me after I respond.

My dog was in their care for 7 days while I was on vacation. Every day, I received an email with pictures telling me my pet had a great day & making friends. If he ate well or not. It was great to know how he was doing while I was away.

This place has it all. We send our dog to daycare there and we board him there as well which is great because he is already familiar with the staff and the dogs so it makes it an enjoyable experience for him. We also groom him there and they do a wonderful job!

Hands down the best boarding experience yet. I loved getting "pupdates" during his stay. Our dog is very anxious and it's nice to know he feels comfortable there while we are away. Dad even got a happy birthday message! They are very thoughtful and caring.
