Never again!! It was all fun and games getting everything set up to have this delivered. Delivery day did not go as planned. We had to pay an extra $50 to switch out a box spring that wouldn’t fit up our stairs (not sure how hard they really tried to get that up the stairs either), but mind you they had the replacement box springs in the truck already, so we didn’t understand the extra charge. Also had the nerve to leave the boxes they brought for us to get rid off and wanted us to pay extra to get rid of their own trash!! Like please make it make sense! We’re just moving into our new home, the last thing we need is more trash to deal with. This was very disappointing service and we won’t be shopping with them again!
