I purchased my Honda Navi here and the whole process was smooth, straightforward, and welcoming — no pressure, just good people who genuinely want to help. Shoutout to the service department too. Jorge took care of my first 600-mile maintenance and he was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, honest, and took the time to explain what was being done and answer my questions. Bought a rebel 500. I'm loving every second of riding it. They didn't have one in stock, but Andrew in sales got one ordered exactly how I wanted it and communicated with me through the whole thing. The day I got the bike (about 2 weeks later) Andrew got me set up with parts department, service, finance, and insurance, and the whole team got me taken care of in maybe 30 minutes.
