I love this place so much. I don't have enough stars to give it. After moving to Richmond and getting a new vet a couple of months ago, my cats and I were nervous. Every single person there has been above and beyond. I Feel so fortunate to have found them.

When my boyfriend and I moved in together, he was taking his two cats to Fan while mine had gone to another clinic. One visit with him and his cats made me bring mine to Fan! Everyone from the front desk staff to the vets is kind, knowledgeable and communicative. One of my cats hates the vet and gets very feisty, but their incredible patience and care makes it so much less traumatic than it used to be. The two of us and the four felines couldn’t be happier!

Love love love Fan Vet. Took our slightly reactive dog there for almost a decade, and they always made sure that Cowgirl was comfortable. Throughout every stage of her life, they made sure we knew all of our options, and answered all questions regardless of how neurotic. Cannot recommend them enough.

My dog Basil was an anxious mess today at his vet appointment, and every single staff member (front desk, vet, assistants) went out of their way to make him happy and comfortable. The vet and assistants could not have been kinder or more flexible with my anxious boy! Basil was able to get all his vaccines and meds because of the wonderful staff. The front desk was also wonderful. I recommend this vet to anyone with an anxious pet :)
