Zero knowledge on how certain breeds should be groomed. Cut my dogs ears to the point of them tying a towel in them to keep him from shaking his head so the blood could clot. My hunting dog should NEVER be shaved due to the type of coat. They shaved his beard off as well. My poodles look like Dobby the house elf from Harry Potter.

i have been using fancy paws ever since i moved here for the last 5 years and im always happy with the results and care for my chihuahua 🩷 I like to ask for Angel. She attends closely to my dog Mia’s needs in nail trim, shampoo, and ear cleaning. Always recommend friends with pets to take their dogs here!

Super friendly staff. They always give Luna a good and clean cut. I like that she's never there all day. Most places leave your dog in the kennels all day without food and water, so when you pick them up, they're starving and super thirsty. Fancy paws usually call that she's ready in a few hours.

My dog’s first time here (a maintenance cut) was okay but his second time yesterday (full groom) was horrible. I told the check in person exactly what we wanted which included NO trimmers/clippers/guard on the back, only scissors. The check in person apparently very VAGUELY conveyed my instructions to the groomer. The groomer even told me she had very little instructions to go on when she began working on my dog. Okay so maybe…CALL THE OWNER. His beautiful long silky fur is now so short and frizzy, and he lost most of his black colored hair that we loved. His tail looks like the end was hacked off (4-5 inches) in one swipe when we asked for a trim. There is a severe lack of communication between front desk and grooming staff and a failure to clarify instructions with the client on the groomer’s part. Huge waste of money and now my pup doesn’t even look like himself.

Our second time here and they do a great job. We have a husky and a 6month old puppy. They do an amazing job with his de-shedding and are very patient with the puppy since she's not quite used to being groomed yet.
