We wanted to just wander around look8ng at what they had. The sales lady didn't leave our side, which makes it hard to talk amongst ourselves. It made the trip more stressful than helpful. I understand that's their job to take customers around showing them items but it would be nice to then just have a moment by ourselves and the sale person maybe checking back after like 5 minutes. The sales person literally met us at the door and didn't leave our side until we walked out the door.

Michael was awesome!!!! Incredibly helpful, patient, and sold us a beautiful American-made high quality couch. We love to support local and we’re happy to give our business to Fashion Furniture. We will definitely be coming here for our next furniture purchase!

Purchased 2 very nice end chairs for my dining table today. Had been looking for the right ones for a little while now. The two that we found were the perfect match for what we needed. “Red Tie” Robert was very helpful and not pushy. Owner of the store came out to shake my hand, foam wrapped the floor models we purchased and loaded them carefully in my truck. That was a very nice touch to the experience. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I had been researching Amish crafted dining room tables for a few years. I received a tip of a Amish wood wall display(a must see in person) that sold me on our purchase. I was greeted by Anthony and walked directly to the wood display wall. Anthony was exceptional & knowledgeable! We positioned many different seating options around the table I decided on. Given my space restrictions, Anthony pointed out my sizing error, suggesting a smaller table with a leaf extension when needed, thank you! He also suggested the correct bench size which is perfect with or without the extension. Our dining room set arrived early :) Delivery was seamless. Both delivery guys were kind and courteous Thank you fashion Furniture!

From the moment we walked up to the store, we were greeted warmly — someone even opened the door for us! Our salesman, Martin, was amazing to work with. He was friendly, professional, and really took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He answered all our questions, gave great recommendations, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. When it came time to finalize everything, Liz helped us with our paperwork and made the process quick and smooth. She was so kind and patient, and made sure we understood everything before we signed. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of furniture. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the excellent service we received.
