Called to get one light repaired in my hallway (weight of the light with shade had pulled the wiring out so needed securing, fixing and a new ceiling rose) as well as the replacement of an expensive kitchen light that had been soldered into place. Fred was fast (next day attended and solved) and fair (even £100 down from £130). Completely happy, professional and quick service.

Had Fred do a few odd jobs in our home with light switches and a broken fixture. The process was smooth and stress-free. Fred is a polite, friendly and communicative. He did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend!

We would highly recommend Fast & Fair for their professionalism and reliability. Fred made a wonderful job of installing a chandelier light fitting in our hallway, and replacing some switch plates. I cannot recommend 'Foad' (Fred) from Fast and Fair Electrical in Bristol highly enough. The work he carried out was simply excellent — thoroughly competent, incredibly helpful, and completed with complete professionalism. There is a reason Foad has only 5-star reviews on Google; he genuinely is that good. He goes above and beyond in his service, as I found out personally. After he left, I was working on something near the new fitting and panicked that I had accidentally damaged the fitting he installed. I called him back, expecting to pay for a follow-up check. Foad arrived back within minutes, quickly checked the fitting and my work, and confirmed everything was perfectly safe. The remarkable part? He refused to charge me for the extra call-out. He said it was absolutely the right thing to do to call him back to ensuring everything was okay. I tried to insist on paying him a little extra for his time, but he kept politely refusing. Foad’s integrity and commitment to safety and customer care are truly unmatched. If you need an electrician in Bristol, look no further.
