I’m really happy with their quality and strong customer service. I have a specialty watch that has a battery more difficult to change. I got the warranty and I’m so glad that I did. I will keep coming back for that watch and all of my watches. I’ve had only positive experiences! I really have to shout out the female associate at Opry Mills who was willing to let me pick up my watch even after they had just closed. She’s wonderful for doing that and she didn’t have to! She saved me a drive and the hassle.

The shine on these rings really makes them feel rejuvenated and everyone behind the counter is professional and informative. On their advice, I bought a necklace from another store as they didn’t have what I was looking for. It broke at the clasp and five days later I was repairing with them again, which they offered to do for free! I insisted to pay for their work and advice, as they also were offering to exchange the clasp entirely for a more durable fit. Great work and worth purchasing from as they will take great care of you as a return customer!

Excellent service I have been replaced the battery set the timing and the date on my watch and take out a link so they could fit it for my wrist for every day use. They were quicker than I expected. They only took about 15 minutes to do all those changes and they were extremely professional. Five star rating.

I have a Citizen eco-drive that I have owned for 12 years that finally quit charging. I took it in and they immediately diagnosed the issue. 1 day later I had a perfectly functioning and cleaned watch that looked brand new. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the customer service. Highly recommended! Update- I have returned with 3 additional watch’s, one for a friend of mine who says his watch has never worked better and 2 Fossil watches for batteries. Fast, reliable and inexpensive.

I went 15 minutes before closing and was willing to return to pick up a watch battery replacement. They were very courteous and fixed promptly, since no cleaning required on my type watch!
