I purchased this bracelet and each time it has been worn, it has broken that same day, while just wearing it, not doing any strenuous activities. The first time they repaired it, it took less than 10 minutes. 2nd time they kept it a few days so I was hopeful we would not have the same issues but it broke again the next time it was worn. While waiting for them to repair it the 1st time, I read reviews to see if I’m the only one that has had these issues. The older man who I assume is the owner, walked up to me to give me the bracelet and immediately became combative and rudely accused me of leaving him a bad review (which I wasn’t even typing). He felt that since I “only” paid $100 for the bracelet, I shouldn’t expect it to last, even though it was only worn 1x before needing it fixed that first time. He was also the person that sold me the bracelet but seemed upset I got it for that price. I definitely will not be giving this place any more of my business and will pay another place to fix it this time even though there’s still a warranty on this bracelet.
