Fast and professional service, but the price is at the high side. Not unexpected high, but at high side in typical range according to ChatGPT

Did a great job sizing a ring and taking links out of a tennis bracelet! Three hours for both at a fair price.

I came in April 21, 2026 looking to get a ring adjustment and they quoted me far better and fairer than nearby jewelers. They helped me decide the perfect ring size and they were super patient and overall very professional. The cherry on top, they did the ring adjustment in about 2 hours.
