My sister and I were their customers for years and took a ring to size. They suggested 6.5 is the right size. Went home and figured I wasn't happy with the size. Went back and they made me pay twice for it. They didn't even inform me about the price AND SURPRISED me with a big amount and the fact that they do quarters for sizing. Never going back. NEVER

Came in to remove some links from my watch and had some missing pieces. David, was really kind to get it done so fast for me despite coming in 15 minutes before close. He was professional and extremely efficient. I think pricing is fair for the fast service they offer. I would recommend to others.
