Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs is outstanding! I visited Fast-Fix at Ross Park Mall for two things: adjusting the links on my new Invicta chronograph and checking whether my Invicta automatic watch had an issue because it suddenly stopped working. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm, welcoming hello, which set the tone for an excellent experience. For my Swiss chronograph, they didn’t just resize the bracelet—they actually took the time to explain how the watch works and showed me how to maximize all its features. Their passion and knowledge were truly impressive. As for my automatic watch, they simply rewound it, confirmed everything was working perfectly, and didn’t charge me a single cent for the check. Their skills are phenomenal, and the level of service they provided went above and beyond. I highly recommend Fast-Fix to anyone who needs watch repairs, adjustments, or expert guidance. Exceptional service from start to finish!
The folks at Fast Fix resized my late husband’s watch to fit my wrist and I love it. They were friendly and efficient and I highly recommend them for jewelry repair. I’m sure I’ll be back in the future for any repairs or resizing of jewelry I need.
Excellent service as always (I am a repeat customer). Fast Fix treats my watches with care and respect and gives me an honest breakdown of the maintenance needed. Whether it’s just a battery replacement, strap adjustment or an actual gear-repair, they understand how important your time-piece is to you! They came highly recommended to me from a fellow watch enthusiast, and I have NOT been disappointed!
They took gorgeous care of my watch while fixing it, and even told us how they did it. The battery being $35.95 for a 5-year effectiveness, which may be slightly pricy but worth it. They told us a wait time and got the job done before we came back! My watch now fully works and is set to the correct time. These people are proffesional, I would recommend going here.
Amazing place for watch repairs! If you want a detailed review, look no further! I’m about to give you one. I bought a watch at a thrift store and wore it every day for a few months because I loved it so much. One day, the clasp stopped staying shut, so I foolishly let my father try to fix it. Let’s just say he’s good at fixing cars and other larger things, but he does not possess the delicate touch necessary to fix a tiny watch. He broke the clasp, so I brought it to Fast Fix to get it repaired and the battery replaced. My mother also brought two watches that needed new batteries. The lovely employee assured us that he would be able to replace all the batteries and get a new clasp for my watch. The battery replacements were each around $50, and the clasp replacement was about $45, which is pretty reasonable when you don’t know how to do it yourself. I will say that it took about a month to get everything repaired, so you need to be willing to wait if you leave an item with them. But it is so worth it. I’ve just picked them up and the watches are working great, and they managed to find an identical-looking clasp (albeit an unusually sized one too) for a random watch from a thrift store. Thank you Fast Fix! I could not be more happy.
