Unfortunately, I felt the staff here were not very friendly or welcoming here. There are many great items to browse and try on but I didn’t feel like the staff were friendly/welcoming. It seemed like an inconvenience to ask for assistance.

Let me start by saying they have cute gifts to choose from. I’m only giving two stars because the staff came across as very pretentious. As a Latina, I did not feel welcomed. When I walked in, I greeted the two employees at the front. They asked how my day was, I responded politely and asked them the same, but they immediately went back to their conversation. The store wasn’t busy and there were about five employees just standing around. I noticed that other customers who walked in were warmly greeted and even offered a drink while shopping. I spent about 25 minutes in the store and was never offered the same courtesy. It left me feeling overlooked and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, it seemed that customers who were white or white-passing received much friendlier service.

Very strict return policy. I returned an item within 3 days of purchase and was only offered store credit. In today’s retail environment, this is surprising—most stores offer at least a 14-day return window. Unfortunately, this policy and the way it was handled felt like poor customer service. I won’t be shopping here again.
