I have been going to Fax Tax for years. I love Regina and Renee. Such wonderful women of God. They are honest, professional and really care about their customers. They get infinite stars in my book! Highly recommend them! They work hard to get you your maximum refund.

Super fast and friendly staff all around. Although I had traditionally used online tax prep services (i.e. turbotax and taxslayer), I opted to use a tax service because of all the recent life changes I've had (bought property, changed jobs, started school). Once there, I was immediately put at ease. The staff was incredibly welcoming upon entering. Best of all, Regina was incredibly thorough and patient as we sifted through my assortment of documents! She transformed what would have been a very complicated, hours-long process for me into a check in the box under one hour. Will definitely recommend and use in the future!
