I cannot say enough good things about the Fazio Team. My husband and I recently bought our first home with the plans for major renovations. Finding and then hiring Fazio to help us with the process was truly one of the best decisions we could have made. They are kind, talented, and so efficient with their work. During the walk through of our home they came up with multiple ideas that we never would have thought of without them. Ultimately we ended up with a floor plan that maximized and enhanced the space in our home beyond what I could have dreamed up on my own. We are truly so thankful for their whole team's expertise as well as their encouragement through the process. Overall, hire them! You will not regret it.

Let me first say Saskia and Greg (Fazio Architects) are the ultimate architect/design team. From start to finish there was a high level of communication, synergy, and care. They are a small firm that gave us big ideas and helped execute our goals. There is immense risk renovating an older building, especially a conversion to a dental office. The end product is very difficult to visualize and there were many design obstacles placed on Fazio that they were able to overcome. We had great comfort from the beginning knowing that Fazio specializes in dental office design. Fazio made us a priority and had dialogue weekly so we were taking steps together instead of them creating a cookie cutter design and us not liking certain aspects. The steps we took together ensured the process was efficient and each dollar was going to the final design. Saskia and Greg listened and valued our feedback. We immediately saw elements of our preferred style and inspiration in the initial design. Most of this was warm and comfortable, like a home, while still commercially durable/hospitality grade materials. Our project would not have been possible without the hard work of Fazio and team working together to achieve a successful renovation!

I HIGHLY recommend working with Fazio Architects. We specifically worked with Saskia and I was so impressed with her quick communication, level to detail and patience with answering all of our questions. She listened and ensured the work she provided was individualized to not only what our dental practice needed, but how we wanted the patients to feel walking through our office. Many of our patients have commented on how comfortable and welcoming our practice feels and Saskia was a key part in ensuring that feeling is present. She saved us so much time with her knowledge and expertise. I would not hesitate to use her services again in the future.

Working with Saskia and the team at Fazio Architects was an amazing experience. We were looking to remodel our living space (kitchen, living room, dining room) to open up our house and create a more open floor plan. But we really had no idea where to start and how to imagine what it could look like. Saskia started by creating multiple floor plans and 3D renderings so we could get an idea of what could work. We found one we loved. They also helped us select materials, like floors, countertops, paint swatches, making a stressful process all the more easier. From there, they provided contractor recommendations, one of which we selected and loved. And because they made things so easy through that whole process, we went ahead and decided to continue to lean on them for interior design as we needed new decorations and furniture to fill out the new space. Overall not only are we immensely satisfied, but anytime we have visitors over, they compliment us on our living area! And it's not an exaggeration to say it was 100% created by Saskia and Fazio Architects, from the floor plan, flooring, materials, paint selection, all the way to furniture. Thank you all SO MUCH!

Back in 2020, I asked a retired architect for an architectural firm recommendation for a complete remodel of my existing dental practice space. He recommended Fazio. My experience was exceptional, especially with Saskia. She kept me informed every step of the way and has an amazing eye for aesthetics and color palettes. The results were amazing and the space was recognized in 2021 by the ADA as office of the year for the remodel category.
