Do NOT go here if you are LGBT or have important things to mail!! They will overcharge your card then threaten to have your shipment canceled if you want to be refunded for the overcharge! They did this to me when trying to send my application for CA real estate salesperson license. Their raggedy card terminal wasn't working so the guy made me run my card multiple times before moving to a register that actually worked, which resulted in multiple charges to my credit card, which I am now responsible for. I have spent countless hours emailing and calling both this store and the FedEx customer service number. I have sent copies of my receipt AND the overcharge to my card. There is nothing else to send yet they keep asking for account numbers. They're trying to get by with defrauding me. I have spent so much time trying to get my money back, I'm at the point I'm just going to hire an attorney and go to the media, whatever I have to do because FedEx sure isn't trying to do the right thing. Life is already stressful enough for people without companies like this trying to steal from people. I have been so polite to everyone at FedEx, trying to get my money back. I am not sure why they are doing this to me, as it's plain to see my card was overcharged. I think they're giving me a ridiculously hard time because I'm LGBT. There's no reason to steal from me. I never did anything to you people. I just want my money back.

Found a package on the ground that had clearly been stolen and dumped, brought it to this store so it could get sent to the rightful owner as it appeared to be important documents (priority overnight) and the staff here said "well what do you expect us to do, we're just going to throw it away" So if you had a fedex package go missing I'd call this store and complain that they threw it away.
