Went downtown, didn't know the area. Thought we found a good parking spot and paid the meter. Came back after 2hrs and found a ticket for parking in a load and unload zone. Put stuff in the trunk and went to look for a bathroom at a nearby eatery. On the way back to the car, saw a person came out of the store, grabbed the ticket from the windshield, put it in their pocket and went back inside the store. Would not have known of the parking ticket if we didn't saw it earlier.
Incredible shop, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also, great selection. Peter, the manager, quickly felt like a long time best friend helping me along the way. These guys will move mountains to get you the right bike - and not in a pushy way at all!
Great people who know bikes. Best bike shop ever! Only reason I did not give them five stars is because I wanted the 14000 dollar bike but I only had 2000! That is not their fault but I’m refusing to take responsibility for it.
Super clean and organized store. The layout is nice and easy to follow. Athletic clothing is located in the front, and the adult bikes and accessories are located in the middle and the back. Kids' bikes are in the back right corner. Everything looks really nice and seems to be good quality. The service was excellent. The staff answered all my questions and had my cruiser ready quickly. The parking lot is free. The shop is wheelchair accessible. They have stairs and a ramp at the entrance, along with automatic doors. You can walk around the area while you're waiting for your bike. There's several cafes and restaurants within 5-10 minutes from the shop. Forewarning: You're going to pay, at minimum, $550 for an adult bike. Even a kid's bike starts at $350... If you need accessories, I would recommend you buy them elsewhere.
I purchased my brand new bike from them in 2024 and they were great to work with, good customer service and good maintenance. I am glad I went with them.
