Why is it always so hot in here? I’m trying to get things done but I smell everyone’s sweat and it’s nauseating. Staff is sort of helpful.

Yasir is the one who helped me today and he was exceptional. Great customer service skills and very polite. The location itself it spacious and clean which helps when you need to pack your items.

This place has the worst photo service I have ever seen. Also, people working here are rude and definitely not competent to take a simple photo without a shade.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but my experience on July 2 at 1:06pm with the assistant manager wasn’t good. Long story short,. She asked what I was shipping I said rc car. She look at me like she didn’t believe me or I had drug bc I’m African American. She asked if I wanted insurance and I said yes $500 insurance.. so she cut the box open pull some stuff out of it with slight attitude. Didn’t reseal the box but while I was walking out she dropped my box on the ground and drug it to the back or somewhere. 15lb box all on camera. Kinda ruined my day but this review is for her. Don’t judge a book by its cover please and thank you!
