Jessica was amazing. And gave amazing book recommendations. She helped us find 6 books for my partner and 2 for me. All across romance, smut and manga. She went out of her way to even find us a deluxe in the back that had not been put on the floor. 10/10 experience.

We had such a great experience at this Barnes & Noble. The store itself was awesome, with a really cool, welcoming vibe. You could see people from all walks of life in there, and everyone felt relaxed and friendly. The ladies at the counter were fantastic! They gave us great book suggestions, had a great sense of humor, and made the whole checkout experience fun. They even encouraged us to go back and grab another book since it was buy one, get one half off, and patiently waited for us while we picked it out. It honestly felt more like hanging out than shopping. We had a great time and are already excited to come back to Barnes & Noble again very soon

Always a great place for personal time and pampering if your into it. Great place to study as its quiet but not silent. Most locations have a Starbucks. Perfect place for gifts and the staff is generally nice if you need something and checking out. Only downside, many locations have covered up a lot of the electrical outlets that you would normally use when studying. Check before you get too comfortable.

Very nice and organized location. Coffee at the stand tasted on the stale side but the staff was friendly and attentive. Nice children's area. Plenty of Harry Potter and additional items that make for great gifts any time of year. Well kept bathrooms. Very helpful Customer Service counter! Love that Barnes & Noble has kept true to who they are over the years!

The staff are so kind and patient. The store is organized really well. I love the board games as well as the selection near the cashiers with lots of great gift items. I also liked seeing an author there selling kids' books and offering to sign! Edit: one of the staff members recommended Water Moon to me on 11/1/25 and it's truly That Book so shoutout 2 you!! I didn't catch your name but you ARE a legend. W book, the most acceptable het romance I've read. I'm almost finished with it 🤙
