Annoying and slow service. They wanted to cut open my package and completely unwrap the contents because they suspected the computer part I was shipping had a battery in it. It did not. THIS is why I always avoid using FedEx whenever I can. Ain't nobody got time for that.

The staff was very rude and lack of communication skills. Spent over an hour there and the lady who “helped “” me suddenly taking a break left me alone and no one was willing to help me So terrible experience and I feel disappointed and disrespectful Never come back again

This review is specifically for the in-person passport photo service offered here. After a disappointing experience with FedEx's online partner (RushMyPassport/govWorks/ExpeditedTravel), we decided to try the non-virtual option. When I called to ask whether an appointment was needed and what the recommendations were about clothing, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the assistance I received by phone. The young woman who took my call was courteous and helpful. At the store, we were very positively impressed by the service provided by MANPREET, who proved to be both skilled and knowledgeable, as well as pleasant. After the photo was taken, she clearly explained to us details concerning what to expect after submitting the digital photo to the US passport website. In the event that the photo was rejected, Manpreet explained that we would be entitled to a retry or a refund. Thankfully, the image was accepted on the first try and I have since received both my new passport book and card. What was also greatly appreciated was the thumb drive provided by FedEx (at no additional charge!), as we had forgotten to bring our own. TIP #1: Make sure you don't wear a white/light-colored shirt or blouse, unless you have a dark jacket over it. Otherwise, you run a much higher risk that your photo will be rejected at the time of upload or submission by mail. TIP #2: In the event that RushMyPassport / govWorks / ExpeditedTravel takes your money without ever allowing you to download the image you paid for—even after reaching out for customer support (as was the case with us)—remember that you have the option of doing a charge back through your credit card company.

Rude service staff. I was dropping off a passport with a prepaid label to the travel agency and the agency had informed me dropping off on Sunday afternoon would guarantee the passport arrival in their office Monday 10.30 AM. So after dropping off the package I asked when will this reach, and the person helping me said it will reach on Tuesday as Sunday is a non working day. I asked in that case can I drop off tomorrow, so I can keep the package with me today . He said sure but it would be the same thing, we would just hold it here till tomorrow. I told him ok maybe let me take it back and come back tomorrow and the lady next to him who was helping someone else loudly inserted herself into the conversation’ meaning it will get stolen’? I told her no that wasn’t what I meant, and she is replies what else can happen, we have cameras here. That’s the only thing. It’s one thing to reassure customers when they are choosing FedEx to ship their valuables , especially when the loss of said valuables can have cumbersome consequences , but there is a way to do it and definitely not in this rude uncalled for and defensive way. Do better FedEx to train your staff.
