I recently had the pleasure of working with Bethany at the FedEx store, and her service was nothing short of outstanding. I came in with the daunting task of shipping over 18 boxes, and from start to finish, she handled the entire process with professionalism, efficiency, and a smile. She made sure each box was carefully labeled, secured, and shipped without a hitch, all while maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude. Started off promising, gentleman quickly jumped in from the back seeing a line forming, and the minute he saw the Directv return I had for my 91 year old mother's account, became so rude I wasn't sure why he continued waiting on me. Not a location I will return to after that interaction today. Do better guys....I'm glad I brought the items in and not my mother - she would have sworn this guy was personally mad at her...when in fact, he needed an old fashioned attitude adjustment. Don't work a counter if you aren't prepared to see a bag of cables for return items FedEx clearly handles on behalf of partner arrangements.

So I had some important documents, I had to get back to the bank about my car loan. These people here at FedEx were very rude. They need better customer service training not everyone knows how to download print and scan back. I for one am a visual learner so just telling me a bunch of words really doesn’t help. I am shocked at the level of impatient.

The Greatest Experience Ever👍I had to Print 4 Important documents then sign and then Ship to this Merchant using FedEx. I was clueless once I was in this FedEx Store and all off Sudden FedEx Rep Miss Sydney comes to the Rescue without me even asking for Help❤️ She took Command and talk me through all the steps in order for me to ship these Documents by the Deadline. Wow, if Wonderman was for real, her name would Be MISS SYDNEY🏆 I definitely come back here again!!!
