I had a passport photo taken yesterday for my daughter’s passport application. $30 later and they are not compliant for the passport. I’m extremely annoyed by this as well as being $30 out of pocket for nothing.

The staff was excellent and professional, especially the employee wearing black Oakley sunglasses. He had just arrived for work and stepped out of his car when he noticed an older gentleman who needed help. Before even going inside, he immediately assisted him in unloading his boxes onto a cart.

I have been using this location for over 10 years. Kat is my girl. She knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. The rest of the staff is phenomenal as well. The store is clean and inviting- I just wish it was larger and not in that corner turn in but hey it's a franchise and you get what cha can. Whoever owns this location has a jewel of a staff- please treat them with the respect and support that they are showing us, your customers. There are many options out here for printing, shipping and large projects. I CHOSE THIS LOCATION because of your staff and their superb customer service.💯💯💫💫💫💫
