Wow! What an AWFUL experience. The staff were pretty rude to myself and another customer next to me. Living up to the Natomas reputation I suppose.
PUT MY CAT FOOD FROM CHEWY WRONG ADDRESS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE PISSED OFF MY CAT HAD KIDNEY DIEASE. VERY MADD CANT DRIVERS FEAD THE ADDRESS MAYBE THEY NEED GLASSES.
Ordered a $2000 gaming pc from best buy that was shipped with fed-ex. Someone at their shipping center took the pc and fed ex told me there is nothing they can do. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Luckily best buy offered to replace my pc but fed ex has been horrible. Never ordering anything that is shipped by them again.
Today I had the worst experience at this store. Julian is a very rude employee. He’s normally not at this location but today he was. He didn’t greet me, never made eye contact and he mumbled with his words. I kept asking him to repeat himself. Then loud and clear he ask me if I wanted my receipt after I shipped a package over $1,000 and when I said of course yes please, he said well some people don’t. How rude and inconsiderate. He was very unprofessional and I give this store zero stars! He doesn’t need to work with people if he can’t treat all people the same.
Just leaving. I told the African American lady I'm not good with computer or copiers and I needed help. She did not give any help just telling me ways to print out my paper work. I ask for help, but she seemed standoffish and not smiling. Very disappointed.
