Jes and Eder are the 2 most amazing wonderful people that helped me with shipping a very complicated item today. I had to call the company to which Im returning the item for an extra shipping label and the items I was returning were very difficult to package. They were amazingly patient and provided excellent customer service. Jes provided me with all the shipping/packaging options in order for me to select the most affordable/convenient option that worked best for me. The store was very busy the whole time and they provided the most wonderful and professional customer service to everyone. Thank you so much! This really made my day. I highly recommend this store!

I was there around 7pm yesterday, I need the service for documents print and ship, Tim walked me thru everything on the self-service printer and even print out a single extra page to replace the page where I signed incorrectly. I really appreciate his patience! Excellent customer service 👍🏻

I am an artist and send Paintings all over the world every couple weeks and they are always so professional and very helpful. This staff is amazing! We had a last minute large sign to print for our nonprofit Gala and Kito helped print it in only an hour and even gave us a nonprofit discount. Not only that he was extremely kind and helpful and friendly. Thank you Kito and the rest of the staff for your amazing customer service! We appreciate you and will be coming back for more business!
