I had an awesome experience at Jerome's today and an even more awesome experience with, Gary, the Sales Associate! I told Gary the specific sofa I was interested in & he led me right to it. Gary was very nice & very helpful. There was no high pressure sales & he answered all my questions. I am so happy with my purchase. I got exactly what I wanted! Thank you Jerome's & thank you Gary!

My husband and I just bought a condo and are looking for a lot of furniture! We are shopping for a couch, dining table, bedroom dressers and side tables. Jerome's offers a large parking lot and even a larger selection of all household furniture! I honestly was overwhelmed by their options. They also have a really wonderful color in style matching for each display. And their prices are very very fair and reasonable! A gentleman named Nathan came to check on us a few times to ensure we are getting your questions answered and any support we needed. We haven't made any final decisions yet but there are a number of pieces I will be coming back to buy from here!

Fantastic Service from Mo at Jerome’s. I visited Jerome’s yesterday and was helped by Mo, who provided an amazing experience from start to finish. I came in very undecided about what I wanted, but Mo was extremely patient and took the time to help me figure out the right sectional for my apartment layout. He even gave me helpful ideas on how to arrange my current furniture to make the space work better. I also had questions about what kind of chairs would work for my countertop-height table, and Mo explained why certain options would or wouldn’t fit what I was looking for. He offered great suggestions and even told me I could come back any time if I needed more help picking them out.My purchase was so satisfying thanks to his guidance, and I left feeling confident and excited about my new furniture! He was so knowledgeable about different materials and fabrics, and I really appreciated how he went above and beyond instead of rushing me. If you’re shopping for furniture, definitely ask for Mo — he’s the best!

Excellent customer service at this Morena location … Nathan was very attentive to my needs and gave me space to look at all my options. Very happy with the outcome and the attention to detail! Love my patio furniture… will definitely be back for my furniture needs..

I had a great experience at Jerome’s on Morena blvd! ! I purchased this beautiful sofa for such a great price! My sales person Jorge was amazing! He was very patient and very humble, not pushy at all! I would buy all my future stuff at Jerome’s from now on!!
