Came in to do a return for the first time, no idea what I’m doing. Tim was SO kind and helpful, it was super fast and easy. Give this man a raise lol
Came in to drop off a return. Austin was so quick to help, got it scanned in and got me my receipt. I was in and out in under a minute. Great service
Just wanted to print out a document. Computer really slow then said I didn’t have enough reserved on my card to print all the pages. You can’t just add more money. Had to end session which means I got charged for nothing and then start all over again. What idiot set this up as a business service.
I had so many bad experiences here. Once, a box I shipped was lost. Now I’m trying to ship something on an original fedex box and they won’t accept it and can’t explain why.I’ve asked the employee several times to explain to me what is the difference between the box I have and the one they offer for $26 dollars and he couldnt answer. And yes, they charge $26 for a simple cardboard box. It’s always super frustrating to go to this store.
I was so blown away by how kind and helpful the employees were! I had two very large packages being held and they were so kind and patient helping me to get them to and loaded in my vehicle. The device was above and beyond really made my day!
