My experience was excellent starting with the pleasant phone conversation. I had with Sherri the day before. She encouraged me to come in and told me she would be happy to help me. She did a great job showing me various mattresses and gave me a lot of good information. She seemed to really care about me as a person and customer. Because of her I made my purchase.

He chose a quiet Thursday after Christmas thinking we’ve take our time to find a new couch. We walked in and Sherry was available and showed us areas and places we should check. Much later, we bought a new couch and had it all set off for delivery, which came in the next day. You were quite happy. Good way to start the new year.

This store has such a wide variety of sofas, dining tables and more. We liked "The outlet" area where everything is marked 20-30% off. Pretty good deals overall

We had such a great experience at Jerome’s Furniture thanks to Jeremy, who helped us during our visit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. He made the whole process stress-free and helped us find the perfect bed frame for our new home. We never felt pressured, just genuinely guided. Because of his excellent service, we’re already planning to come back soon to furnish the rest of our place. Highly recommend asking for Jeremy if you want a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience!
