My experience was excellent starting with the pleasant phone conversation. I had with Sherri the day before. She encouraged me to come in and told me she would be happy to help me. She did a great job showing me various mattresses and gave me a lot of good information. She seemed to really care about me as a person and customer. Because of her I made my purchase.

He chose a quiet Thursday after Christmas thinking we’ve take our time to find a new couch. We walked in and Sherry was available and showed us areas and places we should check. Much later, we bought a new couch and had it all set off for delivery, which came in the next day. You were quite happy. Good way to start the new year.
