Daphne was outstanding. She was friendly and genuinely attentive from the moment we sat down—checked in at the right times, kept drinks refilled, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. She knew the menu well, offered great recommendations, and handled everything with a calm, professional attitude even when the restaurant was busy. She made the whole experience better and is a big reason we’ll be coming back.

We love Ferah’s Tex-Med. Our waitress Daphne is always amazing! We have had her multiple times when we come here. The goat cheese and Brussel Sprouts are the best! I love the Salmon too!

I simply must rave on this restaurant, the Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen. My meal had a seemingly Christmasy inspired flair ... I'd give the flavor profile a 10 out of 10. The Farah 10 Spice Chicken was tantalizing, and spectacularly tickled my tastebuds (Grilled Chicken Thigh, Jalapeño Orzo Risotto, Pickled Red Onion & Smoked Ancho Chili Sauce). Fair warning, it is a tad bit spicy, but in a good way, after all it is a Tex-Med restaurant. Our specialty drinks were a nice accompaniment to our meals. A Pomegranate Figgy thing, a Caramel Appley thing, and a Pepperminty Espresso thing. It's family owned with locally sourced ingredients. Our server, Lola was a delight, with the perfect amount of attentiveness. It was certainly one of my most tasty experiences lately 😋

Friday night was super busy, so things moved a little slower than usual, but the food was excellent. The salmon taco and beef kebab were both delicious and packed with flavor. Totally worth the wait. Would definitely come back again.

Daphne was wonderful explaining her favorite dishes. Got the sampler platter, loved the dates, falafel, and goat cheese (and the green herb sauce is awesome). Lunch gyro taco and salad was good (especially when I add the green herb sauce to the salad). Sweet potato fries were perfect. Ended with the apple baklava with caramel gelato. Look forward to trying other dishes.
