I recently purchased my field one force marker, showed up a little after Christmas. As I was checking out my gun I notice I was having a hard time inserting my 683 insert as it was very tight and marring the collar where the tabs lock into the J hooks. After speaking with Eric and filing a warranty claim Yosh called to follow up promptly and see he could resolve the issue without having to send in my parts. We ultimately decided it was best to be sent in. After he received the packed he quickly addressed the issue and gave me a call letting me know what was going on. They took care of me a replaced my barrel back and my insert. Such great service and knowing they stand behind their product not just a sale. look forward to picking up another force here in the near future.

In the mist of building markers (MOSTLY MADE IN USA) for their customers order. Yosh and the Field One team patiently answered a series of questions via email and phone calls. Not once did he rush me off the phone while we talked and or ignored any emails; no matter how mundane I thought my questions were as they left my mouth or finger tips.
