This is what this business thinks of the Fairmont neighborhood in its neighbors this is the fourth time I have tried personally to use the street to get to my home can it be completely blocked. There is room for drivers to only take up half of the street but they don't want to be bothered with it. I went inside and asked if they realized their delivery driver had shut down the neighborhood street and the lady behind the counter said yes and a short man came from the back and told me yes he knew and so what! I I said don't you think it's rude that you shut down the street and he said I don't care I said well maybe we should inform the police and he said go ahead call the police so I took pictures of his truck and he informed me that he owned the truck and he owned the business. So I'll take care of that with Dot in the meantime this business did nothing to stand up for its neighbors in the neighborhood. It would have taken 2 seconds to defuse the situation and say sorry we're almost done we'll move it now and or sir that is our neighbors we don't talk to them that way. But it was clear that they have no problems with this driver's attitude or the fact that they shut down the street
I didn’t realize this was wholesale only 😔 I walked around the greenhouse for at least 10 minutes. It was so lovely and immersive. I found 2 plants and brought them to the front. I waited for 3 or 4 minutes at the counter (considered leaving without my selections as it seemed no one was there to assist me) before anyone noticed me. The gentleman kindly explained that they were wholesale only. He wasn’t rude or anything, I’m not sure what the other commenters are referring to. He just couldn’t sell to me because I don’t have a wholesale account. It was beautiful and they had a nice selection. Giving 3 stars because they are wholesale only and I wasn’t able to purchase anything 🥲
It was a joy to come shop in this space! Susie and John were a pleasure to work with and were kind and patient with all my questions. I will definitely be coming back for my next wholesale purchase next month👌🏽
Owner is rude to customers but especially children. She spoke to me and my children in a very condescending manner and asked us to leave before we were even inside. As an employee of a business that is contracted with Fifth Ave Greenhouse, I have done business in the past with them. My interactions with the owner have typically included her treating me with a certain amount of disrespect, but never before has she been so blatantly rude and refused me service. The only difference this time was that I had my children with me. Never again will I spend a dime here.
