I'm really pleased with the service and the beautiful flowers ordered. This was my first time using F&B, and the bouquet was lovely and good value for money. I also ordered a candle and some marble coasters. I appreciated the pre-delivery photo they emailed me, plus the live tracking so I knew exactly when it arrived.

A disaster. I’d ordered flowers for my friend but they were delivered to my house even though it was clear on the card attached to the flowers where they had to go. I’m glad the flowers weren’t delivered to my friend as they looked wilted from sitting in the car all day. When I told the delivery guy it’s the wrong address he didn’t want to know. Communication was hard to rectify. They promised to deliver to my friend but never happened. Try someone else.
