Dont use this company. Ordered a jumper for over night,and was told they were unable to do that due to the grass which is dead. But yet they were still able to set up the jumper without a tarp which normally any other jumper service normally do to even protect their own product. They also did not anchor down the jumper at all. Wish i wouldve booked with someone else.

First time with Filo's. Great people! Great rental. Setup was early, takedown was right when they told me they'd be back. Cost was perfect for what I rented and the kids had a blast! Couldn't ask for a better bounce house rental. I'll use Filo's everytime!

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Been renting from Filo’s for the last 10 years and never had any issues. Most recently rented the princess jumper and generator on 4/1/23 for my daughter’s party at a local park. Very easy to order and reserve online. Prices were very competitive. I received a confirmation email about 5 days before the event with all the details. The delivery and pickup was smooth. Communication was great! They called an hour before to confirm delivery time which was very nice. The jumper was roomy and clean. Don’t forget to have your ID and the credit card that was used to make the reservation down payment when they drop off the jumper or be prepared to bring cash for the rest of the balance. I have a very high expectation of any vendors that I use, and I would highly recommend using Filo’s Jumpers.

We booked this company for my niece’s eighth birthday party and it was an awful experience. They came out in the morning and said the grass was too tall and would be back later. We mowed it and when they came back (an hour later than scheduled) said it wouldn’t work out at all, anywhere. We had a handful of men willing and wanting to help but they refused. They were so rude and disrespectful and called my sister “blood” when she wanted to speak to the owner. They left, with twenty disappointed little kids. Bottom line - they didn’t care and they didn’t want to work. Not sure if my sister will get her deposit back, but I doubt it because there is no integrity here.

Do NOT rent for this company. The jumper never fully inflated. Called to let the owner know about it. She cursed at me and told me I was lying. She double charged my bank account. It was such an unprofessional experience from beginning to the end. There was duck tape in the seams of the jumper patching holes. Take your business elsewhere. Trust me. $250 x 2 later for the 4 in 1 dinosaur jumper and then to have the owner act ratchet. My son and his friends made the best of it but it was not of decent quality and the owner does NOT stand behind their product. ***UPDATE*** I never once asked for a refund, let alone a full refund. I did however call this company the following day to let them know their jumper was defective. At which point she felt it necessary to fly off the handle and call me a liar. EXTREMELY unprofessional.
