I was truly impressed for more reasons than one. I was given a solid and fair quote and a full explanation how the repair was going to be executed. Then Finish Line quickly juggled their schedule to get me in, and only 3 days to repair. If that was not enough, they detailed the inside of my car!!!! Who does that… Finish Line. That is exceptional customer service. I will absolutely only use this company in the future.

Went there to get my rear window replaced, it was done in just a few days. great turnaround time. However I did have to bring it back in because my door would not open but they were able to fix it within a day and were very nice about the situation

Took my car here after an accident for some body work. Service was very quick and friendly. They were able to come out and tow my car the day I called them and everything was handled through insurance without issue. Overall I’m quite satisfied with my experience and would definitely come back!

My son's car was vandalized on the Ohio State University campus after the first OSU home game. The back window was busted out and the plastic spoiler above the window was also broken. After a review of auto body shops around OSU, I called Fine Line Auto Body on Grandview. From beginning to end, Fine Line was sympathetic, responsive and great to deal with. Tammy and Neil are fantastic people who understood my needs and worked with me to find the best option and price for my situation. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone or use them again (even though I hope I don't have to!).
