Nuno, Gabriel and Syrus helped with my move in North London in Autumn 2025. Before meeting them, I was always very concerned about moving because I worried that some items would be damaged or go missing during the move. However, I am now not afraid of moving anymore. On the moving day, two of the movers arrived half an hour early to discuss the details of how to move the furniture and boxes—for example, whether some furniture needed disassembling or protection. They were very polite and very easy to communicate with. I could tell they were very experienced as well; they were able to answer all my questions clearly. During the move, they were very careful with my furniture and boxes, and nothing was damaged or lost. I did not find a single scratch on the walls after the move. They were very organised and knew which items to disassemble first before moving. Although they sometimes made jokes about each other, I could tell they had a great relationship and enjoyed working together; they collaborated very well and were very efficient throughout the entire process. I had a great moving experience with them. Now I am not worried about moving anymore, and if possible, I would like them to help me with all my future moves! Thank you again, Nuno, Gabriel and Syrus!

The entire move was so smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. They were extremely helpful, kind, and professional, and worked so efficiently without a single complaint or hesitation. Nothing was too much trouble, and they didn’t question anything…they just got on with the job and did it beautifully. Their calm, friendly energy genuinely made what could have been a stressful day feel effortless. I’m so grateful for their help and couldn’t recommend them more highly. Flávio did an amazing job helping me move tricky items between two places with a bunch of stairs and he did so with energy, positivity and speed — he took great care with my belongings and ensured they were well covered and packed for the journey.
