My experience was 5 out of 5. For my bathroom, I had some new non plumbing items upgraded where they were able to replace things and make it look seamless. They also took care of a settlement crack and small hole in my ceiling there as well.
We had a great experience with Finishing Touches from booking the job to completion. They patched some cracks and painted the ceiling in two large rooms and you would never know there were cracks! Excellent quality, efficiency & customer service, all with being very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

They spent the entire day completing a variety of tasks—power washing, landscaping, assembling a table, and installing a fan among many other things. They handled everything with professionalism and great attention to detail. They were organized, efficient, and even willing to make a Home Depot run for needed items. From the initial contact with Andre, the owner, communication has been prompt and clear. The team addressed a comprehensive list of items, including: * Drywall repair: They expertly patched and blended several areas, making the damage virtually disappear. * Nail pops: All unsightly nail pops were meticulously addressed, leaving smooth, even walls. * Hole patches: Various holes were seamlessly filled and sanded, ready for paint. * Door hole repair: A hole in one of our doors was filled and sanded perfectly, saving us from needing a full replacement. * Patio door adjustment and weather stripping: The patio door now seals much better, which we expect will improve our energy efficiency. * They also caulked in the laundry room, adjusted kitchen cabinets, etc. Andre and Nicolas who came were highly professional, courteous, respectful and very friendly. They worked efficiently and cleanly and clearly knew their craft. We particularly appreciated their ability to tackle diverse tasks and commitment to getting the job done right.
