It’s ridiculous to get a call at 9:30pm to ask if I’d be interested in taking a survey relating to Hawaii residents. I have a few problems with this - it was late to receive a call, I’m on the Do Not Call Registery and I am not (nor have I ever been) a Hawaii resident. It is unacceptable for this phone call to have happened.
