I came into this place in order to place a to go order. I stood by the host station waiting for the hostess to look up from her phone. Eventually, I initiated contact and was able to place my order for their basic cheese burger and fries. I was told that it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I came back 20 minutes later I was told that it would be another 20 minutes. When I finally got my food it was very good and I wouldn’t have minded the $19 price if the service was normal. While I was waiting I noticed that the wait staff appeared to be very attentive to those whom were dining in. I would suggest not ordering to go from this place unless you call a few days ahead of time.
Went to the effort of making a reservation, came on time, we were immediately sat down and yet for a full twenty minutes no waiter/waitress came by. Not to ask for our drink orders, not to let us know when we would be served, we did not even get an acknowledgement from anyone that they knew we were sat down and that they would be with us at all. We sat patiently with our menus out and did not see our servers face not once. We had to flag down an employee, Dominique, in order to even get our drinks ordered. I thank Dominique for taking the time out to service our table despite that it was not her area. This was the first time we came to the restaurant and I would not come back again. EDIT: made my review while still in the restaurant. It took an hour and 20 minutes to get our food and my plate specifically did not come out until almost 2 hours later. I ordered a chicken sandwich, nothing to warrant the time it took. They even acknowledged the long wait time themselves and comped my meal. The food quality was not worth the amount of time and hassle. Would not come here again.
This place is fantastic! We had the crab spinach dip as an appetizer and it was some of the most delicious dips I’ve ever had in my life. I had a filet mignon cooked to perfection with a huge baked potato and my husband had a bone in pork chop with roasted carrots with a delicious glaze and goat cheese sprinkled over it. Absolutely full of flavor! The overall vibe of the place felt upscale and comfortable. Our waitress was attentive and very polite. I loved this place so much that I had to speak to the manager as to brag on our experience. We will definitely be back!
Our server was very sweet and the establishment nice, but my sons and I ordered 3 ribeyes and two of our steaks looked like New York strips or something. Only one steak looked like a ribeye. I asked 3 different employees, including the manager, and they all said it was a ribeye. The shape, size and marbling was all different. If it was indeed a ribeye, it was very disappointing. I was hoping for that beautiful marbling and soft-like-butter tenderness. I’ve included a photo. The steak on the upper left was mine, the one on the bottom right my son’s, the only steak that truly appeared to be a classic ribeye. My steak was more tough with zero marbling. Nice place but just left feeling disappointed.
It was lunch time and they were pretty busy. After being seated I noticed there were more than 4 tables that hadn't been cleared. After waiting for a while, Tonya the morning manager came to take our order. I ordered Chilean sea bass. The vegetables on the plate were bigger than my 1/2 palm size fish. This wasn't my first time here so my expectations were high. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed. The salad was beautiful and good. The carrots and mushrooms were delicious. The sea bass which I've had before was a bit greasy. And we had to send back our lemonade. Otherwise, great service.
