My daughter just had her 4th birthday party here, and it was perfect! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The kids loved their energy and had so much fun getting their nails done and enjoying their mini facials. The setup was adorable and very kid-friendly. I highly recommend having your child’s birthday party here! The cherry on top was how accommodating the staff was. They were respectful when parents preferred certain nail polish options, and they were patient when a child needed sunblock applied for comfort. They answered every question with care and even asked clarifying questions to make sure both the children and the parents felt comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! After this experience, I think it would be wonderful if they added nail painting or some type of kids’ spa service to their regular offerings — the little ones absolutely loved it!

I came by yesterday afternoon, I had the best experience! We were greeted immediately and helped instantly. My son is 5 months and it was his first haircut! I wish I would’ve got the name of our hairstylist because she was amazing! She had my son smiling and laughing. I was nervous but definitely worth the experience!

Not sure what the issue was after seeing so many great reviews but we did not have a good experience at all. Other parents said Elena was patient. Our child did not get that even though he was so calm to start the haircut. Not sure what the rush was. This was our child’s first haircut. Not some random moment. We asked for a trim and showed an image of a child with long hair. By the time we left it was a short side part like a whatever standard haircut. Never going there again and we have so much regret. Don’t go there for your child’s first haircut. It wasn’t even worth getting it cut for such a special occasion. She called us in early and when we’re arrived 10 minutes later, she was still eating. Elena was more focused on trying to distract the baby with TV, which our child didn’t care for. Take the time to get to know your client in an empty shop. The hair would have been better wild and messy than this horrible end result. I wish I could give 0 stars. This place does not deserve such high marks.

this is the ONLY place my daughter wants me to take her for haircuts! the stylists are so attentive (Thanks, Ms Elena!) and the staff have always made us feel welcome. Stay awesome!

Both my kids received haircuts. I originally booked both for Elena but another stylist was available so she took my daughter. Elena was very quick and understanding when my son was upset, and she was incredibly kind throughout the process. Frances, I believe was the name of my daughter's stylist (idk it was 11:30am sunday sept 1st), she did an amazing job with her hair, especially considering that my 4-year-old was the one choosing the style. I was really impressed with the results!
