She is expertly skilled and knows just how to cut my hair to where I can rock it straight or in its natural curly state. Morgan W did an incredible job today. My first dry curl cut on extra thick wavy coarse hair and she handled it like an everyday small thing. My cut and layers are gorgeous, loved the gloss. And let me tell you, the shampoo/conditioner experience (the worst part usually) was a spa-like, tranquil experience complete with a calming scalp massage. I also appreciated her telling me what each product was and what she was doing to my hair. It was informative, kind and unprompted. She was smart, funny and a delight to be with. She operates as though she's been doing it for 30 years. Kudos to Snapdragon/Firefly and especially Miss Morgan!
