I’ve been coming here multiple times for different skin treatments and I’m always very happy with the results. The team is attentive, professional, and truly cares about your skin. It was my first visit to First Ave Medical Spa 2 weeks ago. I met Kate greeting me the moment I walked in. I was there to have some cherry angiomas removed (face and body). It was my first time. Kate is so knowledgeable, gentle and patient. I enjoyed my visit very much and will return! The results so far - 3/5 of the angiomas have disappeared, hoping the other 2 will also on its own. If not, another visit would be required.

I’ve had a great experience at First Ave Medical Spa! All the treatments are quick, effective, and done with care. The team is very professional — Natalia and Katerina are amazing at what they do, and always make you feel comfortable and informed. Tatiana at the front desk is super friendly and keeps everything running smoothly. Highly recommend this place for great service and real results!

My skin has never been in better hands than with the professionals at First Ave Medical Spa. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. During the consultation, all of my concerns were thoroughly addressed, and I was even able to start my treatment the same day. The clinic is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff are warm and professional. I absolutely loved the treatment — and I’m already seeing great results!
