If you want to file incomplete and late and be stressed out then this is the tax preparer for you. They lost documents, didn't show up on time for our appointment and couldn't complete the filing on time despite months to prepare. Run from this company and find an alternate preparer or CPA.

We had a horrible experience with First Choice. We turned in everything in plenty of time for our taxes to be completed by the 15th. It took forever. We had a horrible time communicating or getting in contact with the person doing our taxes. Then I was told of several things I could no longer deduct, that I have been deducting for years. We ended up having to file an extension. Go in for additional meetings which I did not mind that. Our tax person we have been using retired. He usually charged us around $385 for both of our taxes. First Choice charged us over $1000. Then we got letters from the IRS stating they had not received out taxes, even though the payments had cleared the bank. Now we are getting letters from the IRS stating that our taxes were filed with an amount owed of over $200. This has been a terrible experience and we will not be going back. Also the ladies at the front desk could be a little more friendly.

The BEST CPA I have found in 48 years!!! I am so blessed to have found Lin. She is a tax genius and extremely professional. She has saved me so much money and stress I don’t know how I’ll ever repay her because her fees are so reasonable.
