First Class Catering served our food and ran the bar for our wedding at the tail end of 2025. The whole experience was perfect. From our first meetings with Scott, no request was too much. Scott conducts business in a cool and relaxed manner which is a godsend in the stress of organising a wedding. We have received so many compliments about the quality and quantity of food, the prices of the bar, and lots of general positive reports on how pleasant the staff were. Scott and the team definitely live up to their name. Thank you!

Scott and his team catered our wedding this September in Ayrshire. From the beginning, Scott was responsive to emails and was extremely helpful in finding a menu to suit our day as well as cater to our guest’s dietary needs. I was well and truly grateful for the attention to detail and eagerness to find solutions for a very sensitive nut allergy amongst our guests. Scott went even further and supported me to serve a traditional dish from Canada that was new to him and his team, but they smashed it out of the park. Canadian guests approved! Thank you so much Scott, we will definitely be back to the Golden Pheasant to visit! I would 100% recommend First Class Catering to everyone.

Working with Scott and his colleagues at First class catering before, during and after wedding was an absolute pleasure. The level of professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our wedding day ran perfectly was exceptional. First Class Catering provided all F&B for our wedding in September at Coats Paisley. Scott was brilliant from the first time we contacted him, so friendly & accommodating to everything we needed, nothing was too much hassle. We had a great time at the tasting in the restaurant, it was hard to make the menu decisions as it was all lovely. On the wedding day the whole team were incredible! They were so friendly and attentive to all our guests. In particular they kept making sure me and my husband had eaten or had a drink in our hands :) we had lots of compliments from guests on how great the food and service was - it was a particularly boozy wedding so the bar staff kept up extremely well with us! Thank you so much!

Scott and his team did a fantastic job at our wedding. From the beginning they were very communicative and eager to accommodate any requests. We had a fantastic wedding day with lovely food that guests could not complement enough. What's more the staff were on the ball all day, meaning we didn't have to worry at all about our guests all being catered for :) They also did a fantastic job with the table set up! Thanks again for helping us make our day unforgettable.
