First Plumb replaced my boiler a few years ago, i chose them due to their competitive price. Peter the engineer was polite and tidy and explained how to use the new controls. They have been servicing the boiler every year since. I wouldn’t use anyone else and would highly recommend them.

I contacted First Plumbing for a boiler service and to check a radiator which had never worked. The engineer came on the day I contacted first plumbing and the job turned out to be a larger job due to the pump being initially installed upside down and a broken valve for the radiator which had never worked. Additionally a wire had burned through meaning that also needed to be replaced and a new pump installed. This turned into a 3 hour job and the engineer was very thorough and did not leave until the job was finished. Considering he arrived at 5pm I was very grateful for staying so late to get my heating working. Additionally a week later another radiator was not working and I emailed and got a response 10 minutes later at 7pm and the engineer arrived 5 minutes later to fix the problem which luckily this time was a 5 minute job. I would recommend First plumbing every time as 3 other engineers had looked at my heating and could not solve why the radiator was not working. They are also very highly recommended price wise and I have forwarded their number onto my neighbours. All the staff are also very friendly and I was very grateful for their hard work.
