I had a great experience working with Donnie Glennie and Matt Wire at First Rank. During our initial call, Donnie really took his time to understand our business, our ideal client profile, target markets/cities, the outcome we were looking for and the monthly financial budget we were working with. He then went away and conducted a competitor analysis and looked into the number of monthly search results for our key search terms. He then gave his recommendation and a realistic timeline for seeing organic SEO results versus launching a PPC campaign, during a follow up call. I appreciated his transparency and straight forward approach as the route he recommended was designed to give us the most impact and was well within our monthly budget. Based on his recommendations we instructed First Rank to set up a set of PPC campaigns which delivered exceptional results well within our monthly marketing budget. Matt provided ongoing tweaks to the campaigns as well as detailed monthly reports showing which search terms were performing best and where clients were visiting the site from. After working with a few other SEO shops, we signed up with First Rank a bit over a year ago, and have been very happy with the results.
