We highly recommend First Rate Roofing services! This group was the third company we called for a consultation and quote for repairs needed to our leaky sunroom roof. The roof is decades old and probably a DIY kit project from the last homeowner, which made it a challenge for the first two companies to identify issues and recommend solutions. For the first two companies it seemed beyond their expertise and they were very cautious to give disclaimers that they couldn't guarantee the quality or durability of any repairs they might make. First Rate was the opposite experience - the owner came himself with another crew member and gave thoughtful constructive ideas to reinforce it's structural integrity and patch the holes without a complete demo and rebuild. Their team seemed to have more knowledge and expertise in the kinds of builds and materials that are common in my area of town and had experience working with them before. They even noticed some other structural issues around our chimney that we hadn't noticed yet and would have led to much bigger leak problems later. They were able to complete the sunroom roof patches AND the chimney work for around the same quote other companies gave for the roof job alone, and I felt more confident in their experience. Their scheduling team and crews were communicative and super friendly, and the job took less than a day with no mess left behind. It was probably the least intrusive home repair we've ever had done. We highly recommend them and we'll keep them on-call for future work.

I cannot say enough good things about First Rate Roofing! Their customer service is exemplary, and the roof itself is absolutely beautiful! Their color choices are amazing, and the quality of their workmanship really shows. Our house really does look like the nicest one on the street now! I was also blown away by how quickly they were able to finish the job; just two and a half days! They also came thousands under two other bids and I’m still trying to figure out how! I was representing my mom who has lost about 80% of her hearing, and I was absolutely blown away by their kindness and patience. Brandon H. took the time to explain every product used and go over our bid line by line with us in order for us to feel confident about our choice. The thing that stood out to me the most was when he said, “This is the roof I would put on my mom’s house” and from there on I felt like these guys were really looking out for her. The project manager, Brandon C., was also great to work with. He would answer immediately anytime I had a question for him. I was also blown away when he saved the old heat tape and had it installed in the new gutters by Chad, who was also so kind! These guys really went above and beyond for us, cannot recommend enough!

Just had First Rate do our roof and had a wonderful experience. Ethan is very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. They had the best price estimate price of the 3 we got. Brandon the project manage was excellent at communicating what they were going to do and making sure everything was done correctly. The crew only took two days to tear off and put on the new roof. They were great at making sure everything was cleaned up. My wife and I will definitely be recommending to anyone we know that needs roof work done First Rate roofing. Thank you for an easy stress free experience!

We just had our roof replaced by First Rate Roofing and it was a great experience. Great communication, done in two days (full tear off and re shingle) and my yard and other areas were super clean when they were done. Special shoutout to Brandon our site coordinator. Their bid was 50% less than the most expensive bid we got for this job. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job.
