I love how they have hours and services that cater to medical professionals. They are open earlier, stay open later, and have less non-holiday time off than daycares that run on the school calendars. They also provide food including breakfast!
My daughter has been at First Step Learning Center for 5 months now and I have loved every minute of it!! Veronica and Mirthala are AMAZING and show true care for each child in the classroom!
Wonderful people here! My son loves it and doesn't want to leave every day when I come to pick him up. The teachers are so sweet and I love that many of them speak Spanish so he now knows more Spanish than I do!
Absolutely amazing. The ladies Ms. Chely and Ara specially, treat my little girl as family. She greets them and leaves gleefully each day. Cleanliness throughout the facility is quite admirable. Look forward to Ms. Rene's welcoming smile each morning and Marisol is very attentive and tends to our needs in a timely manner. Keep up the good work.
My daughter has been at First Step for over a year now and I am so glad to have her enrolled there. She has built a great relationship with all the teachers she has had from the infant to toddler room. We have even run into one of her teachers at Costco and she was happy to see her. I have found that the classrooms are very well stocked with toys and books for my daughter and she enjoys playing amongst all her friends. The teachers are regularly sitting on the floor playing or reading with all of the kids and it shows how much they care. I also think it is great that she is exposed to both English and Spanish on a daily basis. Her vocabulary is expanding more and more and I hope to continue her on a bilingual education as she gets older, but this early exposure is so wonderful and helpful for their little minds. Logistically everything is very smooth as well and having the app updates are great throughout the day and to check how long she napped each day. She seems to enjoy the meals she gets at school which are always a well rounded meal with protein, fruits and veggies.
