I've taken classes with MG & Kiley and they're both are amazing instructors. Lake Nona is a great location with the cutest grip socks selection. Highly recommend.

I love FIT 407!! I'm at over 100 classes now and I just committed to a year membership because I just love it so much! All of the instructors are amazing! MG is my girl most nights and she is so encouraging and kind. I've also taken from Kylie (miss you girl!), Caitlin, Emily, Leah, etc. They're honestly all so great. Also my husband says I've never looked better and after 2 kids that's a pretty amazing thing to hear. Iykyk 😅. I've also just never felt stronger. Anyways can't recommend them enough! ♥️♥️

i love this studio and all of the instructors. every class has such a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere and is beginner friendly. i especially enjoy taking classes with MG. she’s personable, detail-oriented, and really takes the time to make sure everyone feels comfortable and challenged in the best way. as a full-time flight school and engineering student, life can get pretty overwhelming, but my two weekly reformer classes are the perfect way to destress and focus on myself. i always leave feeling more centered and recharged. i highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for both a great workout and a supportive community!

I started my Pilates journey at Fit407, and although I was nervous at first, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The instructors do such a great job of clearly explaining each move, while also challenging us in every class. I really appreciate how they always provide options to help us progress at our own pace, and the optional stretching at the end is such a thoughtful touch. I mainly take classes with Emily, Caitlin, and MJ, and they’re truly some of the best instructors I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this studio!

Such a fantastic studio! The instructors are all so welcoming and really know their stuff. Kiley brings so much positivity and makes you feel seen by remembering your name right away. Caitlin is wonderful at breaking down form and giving corrections that make a huge difference. Colbie’s classes are always uplifting and motivating, and MG’s energy is unmatched—she’ll push you while keeping things fun. The workouts here are incredible, and even their hot mat Pilates classes at the other studio are amazing. Every time I leave, I feel stronger and more energized! 💕
