Functional Strength training. I am a 58 year old physician leader and started seeing Gary about 1.5 years ago. I see him twice weekly. I had mistakenly felt my aging process was out of my control and was referred to Gary by another physician leader after stretching and basic traditional workouts, back injections etc. failed. Gary focus and plan have succeeded. I feel 10 years younger and the most fit I have been in 20 years and his workouts fly by because they are fun. It takes mutual commitment, but it has been life changing and evaluates / motivates in many areas ie sleep, nutrition and sports goals. Thanks Gary
TJ at Fit Method is the Best!!! I struggle with neck/shoulder tension, a herniated disc in my back and stubborn middle-aged lbs. TJ has helped me achieve mobility and strength that I didn't think I would regain, provides nutrition guidance and an abundance of encouragement. Grateful for his support! If you're looking for complete wellness and improved body movement, Fit Method is the place to go! Gary has created a tribe of trainers with exceptional knowledge of body mechanics, and a motivating mindset that is contagious.
