Functional Strength training. I am a 58 year old physician leader and started seeing Gary about 1.5 years ago. I see him twice weekly. I had mistakenly felt my aging process was out of my control and was referred to Gary by another physician leader after stretching and basic traditional workouts, back injections etc. failed. Gary focus and plan have succeeded. I feel 10 years younger and the most fit I have been in 20 years and his workouts fly by because they are fun.
