Fantastic Kung Fu school with dedicated and knowledgeable instructors. I started a few years ago with my son and have been hooked since! Love the Kung Fu but also the variety of offerings, which compliment each other... Hard to get bored! Great for the mind and body and school is run by a great Sifu who always has time for his students.

I’ve always been interested in kung fu and was lucky enough to find a club close to home that offers flexible and affordable memberships. Circular Tong Long is a close-range, praying mantis–based style that focuses on quick strikes, while also incorporating softer techniques, such as elements of tai chi, which teach balance, control, and softness in fighting. I first started training at the club 10 years ago and recently returned after a break for study and family. It’s great exercise, and if you choose to grade there’s also a real sense of achievement as you progress. The club culture is warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made it easy to come back — and this time I brought my 10-year-old, who now attends the Young Mantis classes. The kids’ program is fantastic: they learn respect, discipline, and self-defence in a safe and supportive environment, with a healthy mix of both girls and boys.

I am so glad myself and the family have found Fitlife Martial Arts. Sifu Marc and his incredible staff are extremely welcoming and always go above and beyond. For years I have thought about going back to martial arts but lacked time, energy and money. Fitlife Martial Arts has great family packages making it very affordable in today’s economy. They have plenty of sessions for young children, teens and adults and all while having a massive variety of classes in Qigong, Kung Fu, Tai Chi. They also have an awesome aerobics style Kung Fu Hustle for people that just want a great work out! I can’t recommend this school enough. So happy to be part of the Fitlife family. I encourage you to come on in and give it a try. Richard

Over 10 yrs ago I signed up for Tai Chi lessons. Sifu Marc Webster is a great teacher of all things relating to the Martial Arts. He also has a competent group of instructors. I have personal experience of the health benefits related to this wonderful practice. I also enjoy the friendly, relaxed and positive club environment .
