This review is specifically for Steph. She is so nice, friendly and has been amazing to deal with. She had a lot of patience with me picking out workout equipment even though I was tough to deal with and had so many questions. Steph, your great customer service will make me return and tell others about Fitness Direct. 10 STARS! Thank You!

Set up a nice home gym. I received great service, great guidance, great price, and fast communication from Mark. The delivery time was quick. Mike installed the equipment perfectly and it only took a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy gym equipment in Southern CA.

Excellent service. Good prices. Fast delivery. Super happy with the whole experience. My husband and I recently wandered into Fitness Direct hoping to update our home gym. Steph greeted us and asked if we had any questions. We let her know we wanted to look around and then would bug her when we had questions. Once we had a look around, we brought Steph back in, and she was amazing. She helped us figure out the best setup for our home garage gym (which does not have a ton of clearance limiting our options), answered all questions, and listened to what we needed/wanted, offering helpful suggestions as we went. She pulled together a quote on the spot and was not pushy at all when we said we wanted a bit of time to think about things. We went home, re-measured, and called Steph to make a few tweaks to our order. We then placed the order and had everything in our garage a few days later. The delivery team was excellent and efficient. However, one small thing (extra set of J-hooks) wasn't able to be delivered that day where most things arrived, so someone dropped by the following day to deliver that last item. On that second delivery, I mentioned that I was hoping to move the cage slightly to the left having now worked out on the setup, and the person delivering the J-hooks did that for me on the spot. Excellent service all around and we've been loving our setup/workouts since!

I am a return customer at Fitness Direct with my recent purchase of a Spirit treadmill. The representative was very helpful by offering me comparison details of the different treadmill models and allowed me to determine the right piece of equipment and price for my budget. They were very accommodating on scheduling delivery. The delivery team was professional, courteous and skilled at their work. The treadmill is my 3rd top-grade piece of fitness equipment purchased from Fitness Direct. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality machines at competitive prices.

I was very impressed by this company which was recommended to me by a colleague when I decided to purchase new equipment for my training studio. I received excellent guidance from Mark Goodman, and the customer service, prices, and quality of products cannot be beat! I highly recommend them if you're in the market for fitness equipment--whether for personal or professional use!
